Once at Privateer Bay, from the waterfront recreational area, the paved estate road winds up the hillside through a well-planned neighborhood with each home site situated to take advantage of the outstanding views and cooling trade winds, while maintaining a sense of privacy. Amenities include two beach cottages for the use of owners and owners' family members.

Newfound Cottage and Little Cottage-two of the very few homes on St John right on the beach. Walk just a few steps out the front door onto the beach to go shelling, snorkeling, or swimming.
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood on East End, Newfound Cottage and Little Cottage are situated on 2 acres of well-shaded property.
Both Newfound Cottage and Little Cottage are all on one level. Vegetation and distance between the two buildings insures your privacy. They are both casual and comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation.
Each cottage stands alone, and can be occupied separately, or together for a larger group or family reunion.
